This is because to be a leader one must sustain major pressure for sometime and resurrect as a beautiful new being. This is the forming of a leader. Leadership cannot be bought nor copied. Definitely with all my past experiences the argument is ended Leaders are formed through many experiences that will train him or them to have great and beautiful leadership skills. No better place to become the best leader ever than in this industry of Network Marketing.
Before I met this awesome community of network marketers I was lost and did not think I could ever be the leader others were asking me to become. I viewed a video of Nicole Cooper on stage and she said,"Network Marketing will challenge every insecurity you have."
Since then I have worked on many facets of my insecurities: leadership, being a big part. I no longer worry because I am. In this community of network marketers, my lead system pro, MLSP, the system gives you what you want. What I need is not necessarily what you need. I got my answers, maybe you will find yours. You never know. The first thing I noticed was new leaders being recognised every month. Many of them started with nothing. One guy came in and signed up 36 people in little over one month. Can you do that elsewhere? Have you seen this happen before.
The best part is there is room for new leaders in MLSP every day. Cause there will never be another you. Do you know of anyone who might want to know more about a system like this...that creates the leaders of tomorrow today?
